This morning we signed the final copy of our home study and it is being couriered to the provicial ministry.
While we wait the 4-16 weeks it can take to be approved we will finish our dossier. We still have to write a letter to China, we have to do up a guardianship document, we have to put together a few pages of photos of us and what we do for fun. The average right now according to our agency is about 8 weeks. So that will put us at May 31st for finalizing our dossier. And hopefully getting our documents logged in in China! Perhaps a summer referral will happen after all.
